                               RESOLUTION NO. 19198
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF EAST 4TH STREET,
                   MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, FOR THE
                   CONSTRUCTION OF THE UTC PHYSICAL PLANT.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of East 4th Street from Palmetto Street to
       Hampton Street to provide security to the new UTC Physical Plant
       construction site.
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this closure will be for an
       approximate six-month period.
